1.) Are there minimum system requirements to use the site?

Yes. APD Nudes is a dynamic and progressive site and so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you always use the latest version of your internet browser. Latest version are available here for free.

More specifically, supported browsers include: Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome, Firefox 3.x or later, Safari (MAC). We cannot guarantee all functionality if you use some other wacky browser.

You will also need Adobe Flash player. Javascript and Cookies must be enabled. A high speed internet connection is recommended.

2.) Can I Share my password?

No. Each membership has a registered email address, IP Address and password to access the site. Access by different or multiple IP's at the same time under your user name and password will block your access to the site and may result in termination of your membership. We don't tolerate abuse, theft or breach of our terms of use in any way. Proxy or Anonymous IP Addresses are also not supported.

We actively and constantly monitor and record ALL IP activity to make sure that APD Nudes members, and only APD Nudes members, are getting the exclusive access they are paying for.

Members may change their registered IP Address at anytime by contacting support from your registered email address. You can get the current IP Address of your computer by visting http://ip-lookup.net from that computer.

3.) I entered the wrong password or login details, it says I'm locked out. What do I do now?

APD Nudes offers two tiered security to protect our member's accounts and information via secure SSL connections. Initially, if your location has changed or on entering an incorrect password or incorrect login details too many times, you will be asked for you latest billing id. Simply enter your latest biiing id along with your current login details to login. More on this here

If your details are continually entered incorrectly, you will receive an email telling you that your account is restricted and will need to contact support to have it reset. If your account is restricted, you will not have access to the login page until your account is reset. You will need access to your registered email address and your latest billing id to complete the reset process. If you forgot your password simply click the link provided and enter your details to reset your password immediately.

Take care in entering all your security details correctly - if you enter them too many times incorrectly then you will need to contact us to reset your account which is normally done within the same day but can take up to 48 hours.

4.) Where do I view my subscription information and account details?

You can review a summary of your details by clicking the 'My Account' link on your My APD Nudes page in the members area. Billing information is available via your account at CC Bill by visiting https://support.ccbill.com/. APD Nudes does not hold your personal information for your own protection.

5.) What will I find in the members area?

You will find 10,000's of tasteful, high-resolution images, interviews and movies of Alluring, Passionate and Desirable Girls of course!

You will also find our unique and exclusive My APD Nudes section where you can mix and match photos to create your own custom photo slide shows in seconds or/and you can save all your favourite photo and videos for easy and quick viewing. Just drag and drop - what could be easier?!

Yes. We provide downloadable zipped files for every photo set in our member's area in two sizes. This allows you to easily download sets for your own private collection.

10.) How do I cancel my recurring membership?

You can visit your account page in the members area or contact CC Bill directly by visiting https://support.ccbill.com/ OR EPOCH directly at https://epoch.com/billingsupport.

If you cancel, you will have access to the site until your current membership term expires. Memberships are non-refundable. All memberships expire based on GMT.

11.) How do I cancel my non-recurring membership?

Your Non-Recurring Membership will cancel automatically and your credit card or bank account will NOT be recharged after expiry. After your current membership term expires your access to the members area will no longer work and you must sign up again to rejoin. All memberships are administered based on GMT.

12.) What color quality / monitor resolution should I have my computer set on for best results?

24 or 32 bits, anything lower and the photos will not look as good. To change your display settings: Control Panel / Display / Settings / choose 24 or 32 bits.

For monitor resolutions - Optimum viewing resolution is 1024 x 768 or greater. Every monitor has a native resolution it was designed to be used at, and generally it's the highest numbered setting. To check, right click the desktop > properties > settings > screen resolution (slider to the right).

13.) Is this all I need to know?
